Life has been BUSY lately and I haven't been on the blog since March. Here's a quick recap of what we've been up to: In March we took a tour of the brewery in Shiner, TX, with some friends and it was so fun! They make Shiner Bock Beer here and they just started making their own spirits as well. April was spent doing a lot of gardening and we did a little bow fishing. The garden was expanded to 15,000 square feet...now you know where I've been this whole time LOL. I'm new the sport of bow fishing and there's clearly a learning curve, but I'm enjoying it! We were there about 10 days and the water heater in our living quarters horse trailer was broken the entire time.
