We've had steaks, beef fajitas, hamburgers and more on our menu this week. Last night we ended up with take out due to a late night; I had tacos al pastor (pork with onions & pineapple) and M had cheese enchiladas. 2. WHAT I’M REMINISCING ABOUT: Last year our family trip to the Formula 1 race in Austin. We won't make the race this fall, but it was a fun experience the last few years! 3: WHAT I’M LOVING: We have a year around calving season and I just LOVE seeing the new babies.
